How To Reproduce

• Create a MultiJob Project
• Configure the MultiJob Project to have a Text Parameter
• Save the Job
• Select the job
• On the upper right, Click "Plan Build"
  => The job is not planned/executed because the parameter is not entered

Workarounds:

• In the left menu select "Build with Parameters" => Parameter is queried
• From the build overview (http://localhost), select "Plan Build" for the job => Parameter is queried

Fix:
It works to trigger the job with the "Plan Build" icon on the top left if the job is selected
