I am trying to deploy EAR on weblogic 8.1 using weblogic deployer plugin. It is failing with above error.

Earlier it as working. Recently I upgraded it to version - 2.8. It was not working at all. I was getting class not found errors. So I downgraded it to 2.6.

The I tried they it started functioning, however I am getting below error.

compatibility with Weblogic Deployer API (see Oracle documentation).
[WeblogicDeploymentPlugin] - The JDK E:\Servers\Weblogic\8.1sp5\jdk142_08 will be used.
