Hi,

i have just found out, that hudson only deletes old build jobs and his artifacts
when a build was run.

I think its not good that build artifacts are only deleted on "active" projects.
They should be periodically deleted for all build projects.

For example: I have projects in wich i keep artifacts for 10 days. Active
development with many builds (consuming a lot of disk space) ends and is
continued after several weeks. And for several weeks there will be no build
executed because development is freezed but the disk space is still occupied
although 10 days are long over.

Maybe this should also be possible for disabled projects.
