JIRA plugin should be configurable to decide where to write other than comments

      I would like an option to select where jira plugin will write the post.
      As at the moment it's polluting the comments I would like to make it write into a separate tab.

      For example, the Jira subversion plugin writes his comments in a "SVN Commits" tab

      it would be nice to have a separate tab for jenkins as well
