Git plugin does not work with Visual Studio Online

      Attempting to connect to a git Visual Studio Online repository fails.

      Using a URL such as this:

      https://opennetcf.visualstudio.com/DefaultCollection/_git/MyRepo

      Yeilds an error:

      Failed to connect to repository : Error performing command: ls-remote -h https://opennetcf.visualstudio.com/DefaultCollection/_git/MyRepo HEAD

      I don't have a call stack because I can't seem to figure out how to get one. I added a logger for 'hudson.plugins.git' but I get no log info.
