TestNG plugin doesn't resolve Parameters when used in "TestNG XML report pattern" field

      Description

When using the "Publish TestNG Results" functionality, using a Parameter defined in the job in the "TestNG XML report pattern" field will not interpolate the value – i.e., if I have a parameter "path" and specify "$path/file", it will use exactly the string "$path/file" instead of replacing $path with the value of the parameter when the job was started.
