      When i click on configure on existing project which is using CVS to update it to use git it throws an error on the page:

      /webapp/WEB-INF/lib/jenkins-core-1.538.jar!/lib/form/repeatableProperty.jelly:66:69: <st:include> No such property: lib for class: hudson.plugins.git.UserRemoteConfig.config
