I like to request that the mercurial plugin will update to the "latesttag". We need to build a tag and manually edit the tag-field on jenkins configuration. It would be very helpful if we could select a "use latest tag" instead of a concrete tag name.

The plugin can clone the whole repository and update the working copy to the tag that will be provided by this command:

hg parents --template
