hetero-list for ProjectNamingStrategy

      I have cases when i want to have more then one enabled ProjectNamingStrategy.
      Current radio-list need to be changed to hetero-list.
      Order of checkName() and isForceExistingJobs() should be the same as order of plugins (for example from top to bottom).
