Hudson should build previously detected broken versions in its spare time to
locate non-deterministic tests.

Hudson should build the latest version of the code all the time and on test
failure, work backwards until it finds the exact changeset that caused the test
to fail. If Hudson makes it back to the last known good changeset Hudson must
mark the test non-deterministic and send a notification.
