It would be a useful feature to have the ability to pass parameters to other
projects when kicking them off using the "Build other projects" option.

Also if the parameters can be scriptable - or read variables from the job when
its running, that would be super useful.

eg. the job just ran and had an environment variable called REF_URL that it set
& used. Now it wants to run another job but pass it the same REF_URL for it to
use - it would be nice to pass it somehow. The other job could have a parameter
on it that is called REF_URL - would be nice to set it to the one used in the build.
