Parameters are not resolved in stream

      I pass the stream in as a parameter: perforceStream

      If i use ${perforceStream} then i get the following:

      ERROR: Unable to setup workspace: com.perforce.p4java.exception.RequestException: Error in client specification.
      Error detected at line 18.
      Stream '${perforceStream}' must begin with '//'.
