Currently, the vm name can use variables/parameters passed in. Would be nice if the selection of cloud could do the same optionally.

In my case, I have a "RebootVM_cloudnameX" helper job that I pass the VM name into, but I have to duplicate that job multiple times for the different clouds.

Reason I do the separate job is to keep it cleaner from a job structure/maintenance standpoint, and since it takes three rules each time: shutdown clean, shutdown w/o clean, power on
