p4 plugin does not respect line endings setting

      When setting up plugin options for a "manual (custom view)" workspace, when retrieving an *.RSRC file, it writes the file to disk as unix line endings regardless of what it set in the "Line Endings" dropdown (I have tried both "local" and "win"). Have also tried setting this via p4 client on the command line before launching the build job in jenkins and jenkins overrides it.
