If the Hudson server fails to initiate a job submitted remotely, it always sends
back an HTML status page. This is so even if the following header is supplied
with the HTTP request:

HTTP_ACCEPT: text/plain

One would expect that, given this header, the response page would be sent as
plain text rather than in HTML.
