in the project configuration, under "Build", add a build step "Invoke Ant" and
click the "?" button next to the "Targets" field, it says:

"Specify a list of Ant targets to be invoked, or leave it empty to invoke the
default Ant target specified in the build script. Additionally, you can also
this field to specify other Ant options."

The second sentence no verb. ("you can also USE this field..." presumably)
