config.xml missing from random jobs on Jenkins update

      I've upgraded to Jenkins v1.612 and then to v1.613.
      Since version 1.612, some of my jobs disappeared.
      When checking my logs, there are no exceptions or errors.
      The jobs exist on the filesystem but there is no config.xml from all of the missing jobs.

      I thought it could be a plugin issue but it will not explain the missing config.xml from about half of my jobs.
