There seems to be a documentation error in the section 'Parameterized Trigger as Build Step' on
https://github.com/jenkinsci/job-dsl-plugin/wiki/Job-reference

When using this plugin as a build step, the docs says 'The condition arg is one of these possible values: SUCCESS, UNSTABLE, UNSTABLE_OR_BETTER, UNSTABLE_OR_WORSE, FAILED.'

The only valid value is 'ALWAYS'. If using any of the above values the downstream job will not get triggered. The above values are valid when configuring the plugin as a post build step.

Workaround is to re-save the job in Jenkins and the correct value is inserted.
