While attempting to initiate ALM tests using the hp application tools plugin, I receive the following output errors:

Could not create scheduler, please verify ALM client installation on run machine by downloading and in installing the add-in form: xxxxxxxxx/qcbin/TDConnectivity_index.html

I have downloaded the add-in from that url, but the issue remains.

A previous post regarding this issue was made 2 years ago, but the provided solutions did not work on my machine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
