Update Jenkins to 1.616 results in a 1.615 version

      I donwloaded the jenkins.war from the provided link in the jenkins UI http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/war/1.616/jenkins.war and redeploy the WAR via the auto redeploy from tomcat7. After it I restarted it too.

      But the version is still v. 1.615 and the information about new version is still available.
