We use the (latest) hp application automation plugin to run QTP 11 tests on a windows 2008 server.
The tests are stored in HP ALM 11.

We have tests that run longer than the configured "WAIT_BEFORE_DISCONNECT" setting in ALM. We cannot set the "WAIT_BEFORE_DISCONNECT" higher because of the higher license utlization.

At the end of the test when the results should be published to alm, this exception pops up and fails the test:
.... Execution status: Passed, Message: Test run passed.

06:01:43 at Mercury.TD.Client.Ota.QC9.ITSTest.get_LastRun() ....

We think the solution would be to check if the connection is still open prior to pushing the results.
