Implement better error message when configuration is invalid (case 12836)

      When using the ccucm config rotator, you can end up in situation where you configuration is invalid. that is when you have 2 versions of the same component. Since a component is a folder in clearcase, you cannot have 2 different folder structures represented in the same folder.

      This feature will be implemented with the release of the next cool.

          Patrick, i do not think your stack trace belongs in the config-rotator component, it's an SCM plugin that uses clearcase.
