We are trying to integrate Jenkins with HP ALM 11.52.
I have added Plugin “hp-application-automation-tools-plugin” to Jenkins to connect HP ALM.

When i try to build the job from Jenkin, i am getting below error message in Jenkin Console Output.

Run mode is set to: RUN_LOCAL
The OTA version is not compatible with the current version of the Application Lifecycle Management server:
OTA version: 11.52, OTA build number: 341. Server version: 11.52, server build number: 536.
Error: Cannot Login to QC: Authorization failed.
Build step 'Execute HP functional tests from HP ALM' changed build result to FAILURE
Run condition [Always] enabling perform for step [[Publish HP tests result]]
Finished: FAILURE

We have tried below but we couldn’t fix this issue:

• Tried Cleaning up with HP Clean Utility tool to clean up old artifacts.
• I have opened the HP ticket. HP suggested as below :
  "In this case, this is out of our support, we don’t have any information about how to perform this, because ALM is not design to be integrate with Jenkins””:
