It would be quite helpful to have a plugin for Hudson which allows each job to
configure a recipient list for configuration changes. Any time somebody
modifies configuration (example: disables the job) members of this list would
receive notification.

The primary motivation for us is knowing when a continuous build is disabled.
Sometimes a job is disabled by one developer. Other developers can misinterpret
the lack of builds to indicate a lull in activity in the code base. It would
also be nice to receive notifications when anything else changes, such as the
SCM location, post-build settings, etc. Ideally there would be a dedicated list
for this so that the recipients could be a smaller group than the audience for
build failure notifications.
