Cannot retrieve plugins from server

      Install a new Jenkins instance from the .deb package (do not upgrade). Got to the web interface, click "Manage Jenkins"\"Manage Plugins"\Available.

      I see no available plugins.

      I expect lots of available plugins, some of which I need.
