The P4 Plugin does not reload UI configuration within the Pipeline definition SCM section.

Steps to recreate:

1. Configure Pipeline
2. Within the Pipeline Definition section select 'Pipeline script from SCM'
3. Select 'Perforce Software'
4. Configure the Plugin

5. Save changes
6. Build Now

The build triggers correctly, the p4 sync occurs, the script file JenkinsFile is parsed and workflow begins.

7. Click Configure workflow and view the Pipeline definition.

ERROR: When reconfiguring the Pipeline the UI show the SCM "Git" plugin instead of the P4 plugin config.

Other notes:

• Looking at the Jenkins logs I get no error messages.
• I've checked the pipeline job config.xml and it shows the correct p4 plugin settings and configuration.
• I can re-build the pipeline as many times as I want and rebuilds just fine.
