With a base Hudson install at http://192.168.1.17:8686/hudson, the Release
plugin is generating links to it's help documents (from the Release.. page) that
look like:

http://192.168.1.17:8686/hudson/hudson/plugin/release/help-releaseVersion.html

Note the duplicated /hudson/hudson. The link should be:

http://192.168.1.17:8686/hudson/plugin/release/help-releaseVersion.html
