navigating to config from a job detail page hides navigation creates dead-end

      For item creation, I think it is important and makes sense to hide the clutter of the actions and executor links. But when re-configuring an item, it doesn't make sense to hide the other actions, especially as it is likely that the user navigated to the config from that list of actions and now has no cancel button to get back to the original details page.

      If there is a context that can be passed to the page saying whether or not this is a create or a config context, we could be more intelligent and avoid a dead-ending page.

      My initial thinking for how to handle that is to make the left column something that can be shown or hidden by user preference. I still think that could be made to work nicely.
