We've had some problems when using clearcase update that it doesn't seem to get all the changes. In an
attempt to work around this, we tried clicking the advanced button and unchecking "use update"

However, now the snapshot view doesn't exist and the first thing hudson does is to remove it, which fails.
Hudson fails the build at that time. Hudson should not try to remove non-existent snapshot views or
ignore the error when the remove fails.
