      When Stash Backup Client is running Jenkins fails with polling logs.

      Stash is currently unavailable:
- The system is unavailable while maintenance is being performed.
- Stash is unavailable while it is being backed up

      There is the same behavior in Bamboo: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-14555
      Both came from the fact, that Stash doesn't have zero time backups https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-4255, however plugin should take into account that backup is running and prevent SCM Poll during that time.
