When adding a new view (Url: /hudson/newView), special characters in the views'
name are neither escaped nor forbidden.
This leads to the fact, that I cannot access the create view anymore.
For example: "/hudson/view/Timetracker - Änderungen/" leads to an "HTTP Status
404". Is this simply a matter of configuring your servlet container or shouldn't
hudson handle (quote or forbid) the special characters?

Testet with: Hudson ver. 1.303 under Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10 (Mac Os X).
Hudson deployed under: Tomcat 5.5 with default preferences (nothing changed).
