It seems that once you put any kind of filter inside `Include branches` option, you loose the ability to build PRs.

We want to build only master, develop branches AND the PRs made towards them.

So far it seems impossible to convince Jenkins to build these PRs if the source branches are not included in the list of included branches.

He have tens, if not hundreds of branches and we do not want to use CI to build any commit made a developer, in many cases they would just make a commit to save their progress.

We want to build any PR before is merged into CI branches, how to get this? Either this is a bug or a documentation bug
