SeleniumHQ evaluates suiteFile path on master, which breaks slave

      If you try to have a SeleniumHQ job run on a slave, you will keep getting an
      error complaining about the suiteFile not being valid.

      After a bit of headscratching, I realized that the plugin is evaluating this
      path on the master, not the slave. By creating the file on the master, I could
      then get the plugin to execute (although it triggered an error when publishing
      the report - this is probably also related to issue 3695
