Disabling matrix project right after scheduled can cause combination to get aborted/never run

      • Schedule matrix project
      • Disable it (before combinations are started)
      • Combinations started after that are never run (the run is not created) but parent's console log says:
      Triggering XXX » YY
XXX » YY appears to be cancelled
XXX » YY completed with result ABORTED

      It is misleading.
