As we get more reports of people using blue ocean on a variety of masters, there are some cases where performance with 1000s of jobs/runs or certain plugins has been causing problems.

We need to build out a scalability suite as an optional component of the ATH repository to help simulate these environments and validate improvements. This should not be run as part of a regular build of the ATH but on demand.

In Scope:

• Investigate best place to host test (likely ATH hidden behind a flag)
• Creation of X jobs with Y runs each
• Comparison of loading times for common pages on both classic and blue ocean
