We have a build configured to abort after 60 minutes. We noticed it had been running for 30 some hours and saw in the output something to the effect of "Build timed out after 60 minutes, aborting", at which point it was stuck and could not be cancelled manually. Even deleting the job did not remove it from the executor. Thread dump is attached. FWIW the job runs Job DSL, and is using Job DSL 1.48 and Jenkins LTS 2.7.4. After a restart of Jenkins, the job ran fine as expected.
In a way I suppose there are two bugs here: 1) Job DSL getting stuck indefinitely (this job normally runs in about 1 minute so to hit the 60 minute timeout is one issue), and 2) the build not being able to abort.
