One of the common maintenance issue while operating Hudson is that the disk
space runs out when some jobs forget to set the log rotation policy.

On top of supporting the global log rotation policy (issue #22), it would be
nice to have Hudson display a pie chart of the disk space usage per project, and
show warning if the disk space utilization goes beyond certain threshold.

The disk space feature requires Mustang.
