[DOCS] Clarify the way how to specify imagePullSecrets for podTemplate inside Jenkinsfile

      There's no clear explanation how to specify imagePullSecrets for podTempleate inside Jenkinsfile in README. Only the phrase that those are inherited from all of the parents. I tried a lot of variants, nothing works. Looks like nobody uses this option, google is empty. Even simple example would be enough.

      I can't say it doesn't work because I have no idea if i'm doing it right.
