The Job DSL plugin allows generating jobs from a groovy script which makes it an ideal way to store job configurations in source control. We're moving from using TFS to jenkins and want to use the Job DSL plugin to generate the build configurations (we have about 4000 of them at the moment). Ideally the TFS plugin would have integration with the Job DSL plugin so that we would be able to easily generate job configurations for our TFS builds as well.
