One of BO multi-branch test related to change sets fails with workflow-multibranch 2.13. The test checks out local git repo, runs, makes 4 commits and expects 4 change sets.

Based on what this test is doing, it appears local git repo changes won't be picked up with workflow-multibranch 2.13.
