Spurious "finding managed config files by name is deprecated" warning if id is the same as name

      We keep name == id to avoid confusion (c.f. JENKINS-24034)

      However this causes job-dsl to emmit warnings like 

      Warning: (HelperBase.groovy, line 124) finding managed config files by name is deprecated

      Changing name to something else causes the warning to go away
