When executing a file through the execute-windows-batch-command window, that
should open a CMD\batch window (e.g. running a batch file/ python script), the
window is not visible, and its output isn't piped to the Hudson's console. Even
when executing the file as implicit request to open it in a new CMD window-
"start cmd /k ..." the window is still invisible.
