When user is created there should be a way to send a automated way of notifying the user about his account creation.

This will help admin's effort of sending credentails separately to the user.

I'm looking for the feature like 'Notify user of Hudson account creation' which was core functionality in hudson.

Please let me know how can I achieve this?
