      Description

When setting up Jenkins for the first time on a Windows machine, a part of the setup process is a web page titled "Create First Admin User" (please see attached screenshot).

In this page there's a form that can be submitted by one of two buttons: "Continue as admin" and "Save and Finish".

I would suggest improving the text of the "Continue as admin" button because I've personally found it confusing.

I interpreted the button as "create the admin user and continue using Jenkins with it". But actually I understand the button means "Skip creating the admin user now and continue as admin based on your initial admin".

I think a better wording for the button simply might be "Skip" accompanied with a text description below the button that says "continue as initial/temp admin".
