Hello, 

the customer is running jenkins in his environment, they have two, productions and sandbox.

in sandbox we are able to connect and run test with no issues.

in the other hand, production is facing issues to authenticate:

"invalidauthenticationdataexception error code 1100"

we can see that message in the console before executing the test,

we have acess to the jenkins server form the production pc server, we are able to ping the ip.

the test instance and the test ID are correct.

they are not using HTTPS and the username and password used is a valid user inside the environment,

any ideas what can be de issue?
