General Description:

The corresponding jenkins job still show 'Green' even the application not uploaded successfully.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login Jenkins and update the plugin for automation script execution.
2. Configure Jenkins to add MC Server(no-SSL)
3. Configure the specific job to select the added MC server in step 2
4. Start this jenkins job, to upload an injected application(this application is injected the incorrect version of MC Enabler).

Expected: Failed to upload this application, and the Job shows failure (RED).

Actual: Failed to upload this application, but the job still shows GREEN, then check the 'Console Output', it shows the error ''
