Maven site archiver executing before all goals have been completed.

      We have a couple goals that are attached to the site phase of Maven 2. I noticed
      that the MavenSiteArchiver kicks off and archives the Maven 2 site before all
      attached goals have been finished.

      I can see the files created by our goal on the machine in which the goal was
      executed but the file(s) in question never make their way back to the master.
