General Description:

Application uploading job failed without opening the job configuration and save it once again.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login Jenkins and update the new plugin (hp-application-automation-tools-plugin_1710231333).
2. Run the job to upload application directly, it failed.
3. Open the job configure page, not make any change, just save it directly
4. Run the job once again, it succeeded.

Expected: The job should succeed the first running since no any change is required in the configure page.
