withMaven option to skip ALL reporters

      JENKINS-43596 added the option to disable reporters but it can be a pain to disable all reporters especially because the list can grow dynamically.
      My pipeline use many invocation of withMaven but I want reports for only one.
      Makes sense for you guys?
