Sometimes Docker slaves hang in 'Waiting for next available executor' state

    • Jenkins Master OS Windows Server 2012(Jenkins version 2.111), Jenkins Docker Slave OS Debian Stretch Release 9.1(Java openjdk version "1.8.0_162")

      We use jenkins multibranch pipeline. Jenkins Master connects to Jenkins Docker Slave via ssh. When Jenkins tries to process a lot of pipeline jobs, it could hang in 'waiting for next available executor' state. I could update java if it's neccessary.
